Here are the remaining pieces of Constantine's collosal ode to himself: his head, bicep, knee, and hand. Make sure you get a sense of scale from the door at the right. The bicep fragment is about 2 feet taller than me. Yeah, nice hairdo, guy. Way to be the best.

Here I am with the River God in the Capitoline Museums. It's not Neptune, just an unspecified River God. Tourist tip: go to the Museums in the last 2 hours they are open. If you spend more than 2 hours in a museum your eyes will glaze over anyway, and it's so much more pleasant when there are no people!



I think the person that chose to put this tiny sneering prude of a nobleman over the enormous Bacchus-like river god had a great sense of humor.
